Meeting My New Cousin Jaxson

Hi This is Paige. We were at Grandma & Granpa's house having dinner for Aunt Natalie's birthday and Aunt Brittany, Uncle Brandon and baby Jaxson stopped by to show us Brandon's missionary papers. Everyone was happy and excited....but me most of all because I finally got to meet my new cousin Jaxson. I was a little afraid to hold him by myself so Mom helped me. He sure is cute, and I can't wait until we can play together.

HE GOT HIS CALL!!

Brandon called us early this evening with the news we had all been waiting for. He will be serving his mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Guadaljara Mexico South Mission. He is very excited, and when he left our house tonight he was on his way to the Missionary Emporium to get the Spanish Book of Mormon and to the library to get some books on the Spanish language. He will enter the MTC (Missionary Training Center) on June 4th 2008.

For those of you that are not fimilar with our religion, he will serve the Lord for two years. He will spread the gospel and bring souls onto Christ. We are very proud of him and know he will serve our Heavenly Father with honor.

We all took a guess at where we thought he would be going and T-Bone won, as he picked Mexico. His prize was a candy bar. Way to go T-Bone!
